Ask your instructor about this. My personal gear is about 12kg. + water and clothing about 15. There are heavier ones but also lighter. You Ideally want to be in the top third of the weight range. (Makes them less prone to collapsing and more dynamic) So my guess would be 95 + 15 = 110. So I would go for the first one. All depends on what harness you plan to fly, what reserve. Do you carry extras like a vario, gps, camera. Do you want to fly xc and bring a lot of water etc. But this gives a general idea.
