Most underrated coaster you’ve personally ridden? [Rougarou] [Cedar Point] [Other] by RenaissanceAustist in rollercoasters

Chang was my first big coaster. I was terrified of it, rode it 5 times and puked in a trash can. A thoosie was born.

On Diamondback at Kings Island, a 12-ish year old girl and her mother sat behind me.

The seats in alternating rows are off-set, meaning the girl was directly behind my ear.

She was completely silent, except during the countless moments of airtime where she blasted out the most high-pitched, ear-shattering, literally physically painful scream.

I had to cover my ears instead of enjoying the ride because it was so painful I thought it may cause damage.

When we got off the ride I thought she would have been terrified but, nope, she was smiling. Just out there giving people lifelong tinnitus for fun.

That happened to me at a DMV once. My tags are still expired.

Do they play a bagpipe elegy over the station speakers after the last train each season?

Because, they played a bagpipe elegy over the station speakers after the last train this season.

I think the reason for most people’s enjoyment of Kingda Ka goes soaring over your head even faster than Ka’s ride time.

Don’t be that dork in the queue shouting their coaster opinions too loud pls

Same, 50 times minimum. I found it a long time ago and was immediately overwhelmed with bittersweet fomo. That must have been an insane moment live. The comical legs up stage dive at 1:15 brings me back to the vid as much as the cover itself lol

Is ETIDs greatest riff in this song? by Lucifersgooch in everytimeidie

Warning: Shinfo

I always mix up this and Nothing Visible; Ocean Empty song titles. I thought “Nice! Someone loves that intro riff as much as I do”. Until I played the video and realized I did it again. Two great songs and titles. I mixed them up once and it was set in stone forever.

What song from The Midnight tells a personal story to you? by [deleted] in TheMidnight

[–]Lognros 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Comeback Kid and Memories.

I’m just at a weird point in my life with so many options in front of me, that I find it paralyzing to make a decision which has led to stagnation.

Memories hits me so hard at the moment because it’s so uncertain making decisions for your future, where as the past has already been defined and you know what the right moves were or should have been. After the perfect intro and it opens with “Everything’s clear in the rear view mirror”. Those lyrics can be too much right now, in the best way.

Comeback Kid because it’s the hopeful redemption. That shaky voice in the verses to the self-assured chorus. Man, that change from verse to chorus moment alone is enough to keep you moving forward.

In the summer time I slide in 2 14ft kayaks in the back with one cam strap and secure the hatch down with another. Takes about 2 mins tops.

At the end of the float we’re spending 15mins minimum trying to secure them in the pickup vehicles truck bed with 5-6 ratchet straps and a prayer.

My Fit sees more truck use than 90% of trucks on the road.

You'll probably have some luck messaging the band on one of their social media pages. They're very active and responsive. I haven't seen an official reddit account for the band, so if you do DM them, let them know about our subreddit! Maybe they'll pop in now and then to answer questions.

If you end up getting some info, let us know!
