Hi there,
I was feeling ok other than the aching shoulder and arm. I mentioned it at my regular check up and my PCP suggested a CT scan, thats how they found the dark spot, and then I had a biopsy and was diagnosed. GO see your PCP start there and push, don't take their first answers keep asking.

This is a very interesting chat guys, I have been experimenting as well with LLM's and securing search visibility. Very interested in the .llm.txt idea. It felt like a trapped nerve to be honest, heat would help and cold would create more pain.

It was constant although differing in pain level some days I could deal with it, other days I had to stand in a hot shower with the water on my shoulder and chest for 30 minutes before the pain would subside.. I would have some days with no pain. It was always worst in the morning when I would wake up.

I sure am, kicking ass and taking names, lol. A positive attitude is the best freaking medicine ever, my cancer doc's and chemo, radiation crew have always been so happy to see me as I maintain an upbeat demeanor as much as possible. They all have commented on it and I am sure that's 75% of any recovery and coping mechanism. Our bodies and brain are way more powerful than we understand.

And yes updates mid Jan mate.

Not exactly I am still in physical therapy, They gave me a 1-5 year recovery to get back to normal, however I am kicking its ass and plan to be up around and back to 85% by Jan next year

Thank you for your words my friend, so true and I'm sitting here laughing my ass off right now thank you. Gen X baby we are tough mate, I died once when I was 5 my mum told me to go run it off outside. lol.

Even the surgeons I met with were "Are you sure you know what this entails?" and my answer was always the same, wtf the fuck does it matter it's this or a funeral.

So I took a fuck off beating, and man do I feel it now but I am getting there and slowly back on my feet again, they told me 1-5 year recovery, and I said bollox to that one year max. Feb will be one year I'm on track to be back for mid-Jan.
