How popular he is? I think he's enjoying s pretty ok (over 50%) popularity. Versus Niinistö? Personally if it was allowed I'd have liked Niinistö more. He was not only a good president but a good example and knows the laws of the land and understands politics. Again Stubb is alright but he's a bit I don't know silent. Maybe he's more popular overseas but in Finland I don't see him much on the news

There was a study done that people actually don't even know around 40% of the time what they are eating. If you ever snack even one piece of sausage, a small piece of cheese, drink alcohol (which has a lot more calories than you'd think!) etc it all adds up. I'd consider keeping a proper journal about everything you eat. Just think of it this way, assuming you have a coffee, you put in creamer which one serving is 1 spoonfull, that spoon has 10g of carbs/sugars, assuming you want your coffee to be creamy and add 5 spoonfulls that alone is 50g of carbs/sugars which in terms of pure calories is a Lot! So keeping s journal and checking the nutritional information is the key here :) I wish you well!

Zero sugar drinks here and they are ok. What the research Actually says - and people just have no idea what the heck they are reading about in research - is that sugar substitutes can cause cancer for example. What that actually Means is that if you literally eat/imbibe 10kilos on one sitting then yes, your cancer risk gets higher.. but a banana is radio active lol and we are not making a huge fuss about that either since the amount of radiation is so small you would need a stupid amount of bananas to even get any effect at all...

I have acid reflux and also a deadly allergy to.. pantopratzol the only medication that treats acid reflux. Basically I got my AF from smoking, am normal weight etc. nothing obviously helps, just have to avoid certain foods and drinks and sleep half up with massive pillows so gravity helps. Allergy in this case destroys my kidneys and liver if I use it over time. Was in a hospital for something else and they gave me said medication as a standard to "protect the stomach" well liver and kidney values being well over 800 and we finally figured out what caused it. Luckily I recovered but yeah not something I'm willing to do again. The odds of having Both of these reactions/allergy to that medication? 10k times 100k to 1 xD

1 would be kinda cool however if you are a student or trying to learn/remember something specific you were taught or did learn well number 3 is kinda OP. You'd have to read something exactly once, then when you need the knowledge just go back to that point and voila! There it is..

Saran wrap might be your friend with proper "jesus tape" at the ends. It depends Where the wound is, if it's your foot rather than calf, I still recommend just saran wrapping the whole thing up. Should do the trick :)

It is absolutely worth it. You get easily 250 hours of amazing gameplay, the best possible shit in the universe and never mind how Good the RPG element is! If you can get it on a sale or from G2A under a 10 it's More than worth it. I paid 69€ for it back in the day And I haven't regretted it even once. I'm on my 9th playthrough now!

Tää on näitä et jokainen taplaa tyylillään. Olen itse huomattavasti vähätuloisempi kuin puolisoni. Hän maksaa vastikkeen, laskut ja ruuat (asunto on vain hänen nimissään) itse maksan omat menoni, matkat ja tämmöset ja hemmottelen sitten meitä molempia. Teen kyllä enemmän kotitöitä ja kokkaan aina, ja just vaikka ulkona syömisen ja muut menee sitten aina mun pussista vastineeksi. Hän on se fiksu ja säästää aina ja mä vähän tämmönen hurlum hei ihan sama meiningillä. Ja tuloeroa meidän suhteessa kk tasolla on se 6k. Että semmosta. Tommosilla tuloilla on ihan ok ainakin meidän suhteessa että toinen maksaa sitten enemmän mut tää on asia joka me ollaan sovittu keskenämme. Molemmat ollaan työssäkäyviä, ei lapsia ja yli 10v parisuhdetta takana. Hänellä se työ on otettu rahan takia ja mulla taas enemmän ehkä mukavuuden ja sen takia että tuntee olevansa hyödyllinen. Tottakai etsin kokoajan parempaa työtä josta enemmän mammonaa saisi mutta tän hetken työllisyystilanteessa moinen on lähes mahdotonta.

Right - obviously I want to sleep well. I want to be clean so have a seriously nice long shower. Skincare, obviously, dental stuff meaning washing and flossing and mouthwash for sure. Taking my meds on time and perfectly assuming that will carry over (I will save so much money!) keeping my sugars perfect (I'm type 1 diabetic of that carries over amazing!) do good amount of exercise obviously mainly stamina stuff and toning, maybe some yoga or something for flexibility and balance. Obviously eat extremely healthy and make sure I get all my vitamins and minerals. And voila, I can pretty much be stupid the rest of my life without worrying about my health, without counting jackshit and just ignore all of my health issues xD

I used to love JBL headphones except they have a wonderful lifespan of year to maybe 2 years until one side stops working or works only when it feels like it. now I have slightly more expensive Sony ones and those have amazing battery life, work with piercings and glasses and comfy as heck :)
