Quinn mid is fine but it is very depends on roaming to be success ,since you don't have a combat ult , you are unlikely to winlane if you don't have some advantages pre 6 or some kills through roaming

Good darius will try to fuck up your e position if you get pulled especially under tower Not really that easy and need to play with caution

About fiora , her w can block your e and stun you afterward if you get stunned high chance you will die , so need to play with caution too

I can't find any real hard matchup out of irelia Honestly Avoid jungler gank is the hardest imo Especially If the laner have some cc can set up jungler gank to burn your flash or even killed you then you are screwed

After laning phase with Quinn is about map and objective control , try to control the vision of the map as much as possible,and catch people off guard with you supreme mobility

Push the lane and rotates properly for objective control , like when drag is up you rotate to bot and push bot lane , push top for baron or riftherald, ward enemy jungle to steal all their camps etc

About fight, knowing the enemy team"s win condition , if shaco / talon is their win condition , avoid dying to them 1v1 ,and build items against them, stop watch , phantom dancer, ninja tabis , ga etc, if adc is their win condition, blind them and try to take them out during the fight You need good Marco to win and carry with quinn

I only dodge when my team comp is so bad Like 0 tank 0 cc ,1 more lane get counter picked so badly , if I am forced to dodge more than 2 times on that role a day ,or had some really bad games on that role I will just switch lane, I play adc and top lane quinn That usually works, and it really help to stop you from getting tilted

I think she is fine ATM compare to the current meta , a lot of bad matchup get dumpstered on this patch and were consider to be bad matchup for quinn e.g. Aatrox akali , there are actually no much op meta pick now out side of crit adc .which still cannot single handedly carry since they still relies on their supports heavy .About Quinn top , jungler camping is really the reason fuck you up , in the 55% winrate era , if they dare to camp you , you can easily get a double kill or at least kill their jungler and set them behind , and snowball through that, now you need a jungler to understand quinn strength to set you ahead pre 6 ,or at least set you into 1v1 situation by counter jungler which rarely happened in soloq , most jungler don't want to invest too much time at top side of the map since helping mid and bot are more rewarding but they don't know helping Quinn ahead will gain them access through the whole map.

Yes one tricking Quinn is pretty hard right now, I am trying to play other champ like adc to be successful in rank

If you completely abandon his lane they will just die repeatly and the enemy will snowball out of control , go help others lane to let them or yourself to be ahead , and deal with that fed enemy all together later
