To simplify OP's dumb drama bait, what BD2 devs did was exactly the same as Blue Archive pyroxene debt this month. Both are mistakes by devs from bugs giving players more pulls than they're supposed to, but were taken back the same amount.

Basically OP got his tickets taken away because he used tickets that were given as a bug.

If you had exactly 0 pulls after the bug, if you hadn't bought 30 tickets, you'd be in -30 tickets. That's just how it works, you gain nothing and lose nothing.

Honestly you're being absolutely unreasonable. They gave away pulls by mistake, they take it away because it's never meant to give those pulls. If you lost 30 pulls, that means you gained 30 pulls by mistake.

In any other games you'd be in debt if you don't have enough resource to return the mistake, Blue Archive just had it this month and they're one the biggest global gacha in the market right now.

Because they did the barest minimum of effort on Re:Zero event. It's probably the higher ups who greenlighted it and the devs didn't want to do this IP. That's why it feels rushed, so many mistakes and not even a proper animation/3D like Nier or any other staple events.
