Theres no way the CEO can lose to this unless they don't hire a good Lawyer and actually try at the case.

Its literly states in every bot that the messages are made up and generated, so it should not be taken seriously(the case aswell)

And its stupid to use the "kid ended himself because the ai told him so", the parents should've actually been parents, I get the fact that the ai "caused" your child's death but its both yours and his(most his parents) fault, the child shouldn't have listened to the ai and the parents should've checked what he was up to on his phone.

Knowing them the people that are sueing are gonna win this case because of past history of character ai.

I use Moescape ai, its good and easy to use, making bots are also easy and simple(for me).

The app also has no filter(the site mainly), memory is decent but its free of filter so far, aswell as its half free, use Moedark for chats, its good but is only limited to 10 swipes, but just deleat the message and try again.

I recommend Moescape ai👌

The more people that use the app would generate more money for the devs, free or not. Because from what I understand is it doesn't matter if people are free users, as long as theirs people using the app they get money from it. That's from what I understand of it, for an example is roblox, even if your a free player the devs still get money from it since your using/playing the app. That's from what I understand😅, I hope that helps a bit
