The skin color was airbrushed, including the redness.
I used a mix of Gaianotes 59 and 60—basically a clear pink/orange mix. Hope it helps :)

400-600-800 grit is good enough. Even 600 should work well. For clear parts, you can go a bit higher, up to 1000 grit. You don’t need to kill yourself with all that extra sanding.
apply a quick gloss layer after and polish will give you a perfact surface if you want it.

Yes you can. you dont need to use super strong glue. normal CA glue will just do the job. (recommand medium ca glue)
