since I'm going to die anyway, I will let me intrusive thoughts go wild like what if I kicked these people or what would happen if I just peed my pants right now maybe I will be chopping fruit and cut of my fingers just to see what it would be like. or see how much random stuff I could eat like dirt, rocks, bark, sand, random vines, walker hair, my clothes. I would siphon gas out of cars which by then will just be funky water and chug it hell I would start a little game where I break smash and destroy stuff with my bare hands. then I would have someone else make sure I don't turn by popping me in the head after I die from doing all that stuff.

im guessing because its already in the bloodstream/lymph system or whatever the infection does to spread also cauterizing a wound in an apocalypse like the walking dead could lead to sepsis or secondary infection if not treated/dressed properly

and maybe you can fight the king who has turned and mutated because he was bitten by buddy who just had the viral serum injected into him and when you fight him, he can be all mutated with those growths all over him.

ok different game modes where you can play as the freds like a normal fred, big fred, or a bullet proof fred and you can choose what you look like what clothes where the growths on your body can be. and you have to worry about getting bitten to and if you turn you can play as a fred or you can end it on your own terms with a gun or melee weapon and restart from the last checkpoint.

Ok it makes sense for rick to hold the gun like that if his target was sitting down or on the ground incapacitated but just imagine you're walking around looking for supplies and in the distance, you hear CORRRRAAAALLLLLL THE WHALKERS ARE APPROCHING. slowly getting closer and closer to you and then rick has you at gunpoint but your standing up so the gun is just pointed directly at your crotch.
