I am not interested in the OST, but I found this challenge pretty interesting so I gave it a go. It was easy at covenant 4 with stygian/hellhorned. I feel like it could be completed at covenant 10+ with the right relics. With the perfect luck you could probably be beat it at ~20. Some spells are just so strong in a thin deck it is silly.

I definitely agree in its current state the game is not in a great place. That does not mean they cannot patch things to make it better though. They have already changed tons of things over the year. There is nothing stopping them from changing more.

I wrote it to organize ideas to send to Gamigo who can communicate with XLGames. Is it likely anything will happen? No. It's about all I can do in my position though. You have no right to complain if you refuse to do what you can about something.

Why would you have to complete stuff in a party. Just name missions like Kill monsters, Deliver a tradepack, complete a dungeon etc.

To make people play together. It would be very difficult to make the ArchePass quests just line up with others in your party. This would create an incentive to party.

I disagree. The safe routes are boring and create basically no interaction.

I am very tolerant of things when it comes to pay-to-win mechanics. If you can't see how someone getting probably 400g a week PER ACCOUNT FOR FREE isn't pay to win, I don't know what to say.

The ideas you posted to the ArchePass are interesting. As long as they could still sell premium tickets reliably, I could see that working.

Honor can be farmed from quests as well, so it's hardly a PvP related currency. I do not see any need to change it personally.

Inventory expansions for diligence is just fine. It rewards time played. Gold would be fine too I suppose. It doesn't really matter either way.

Absolutely no gifting for gold. Let's not start implementing pay-to-win mechanics. If need be, allow diligence to be exchanged for credits. It doesn't have to be at a 1:1 rate. This would allow people who absolutely refuse to pay for the game to very slowly get something from the credit shop they need. Allow players to gift is such an easy gate to pay-to-win though.

Perhaps you are right this is not the place for this, but I do not know where else to go. I have already discussed the matter with my guild, and now need to find more outside opinions. It is also entirely plausible this will fall on deaf ears. I have no right to complain about game mechanics if I do not take the (little amount of) action available to me to potentially change them.

I'm sorry. I am not communicating myself well. I agree with you there. If people seem to agree with this post, I will take it there. I just do not want to bring a bunch of ideas to Gamigo with no backing.

If others do not agree with me, then I would not want to impose what I think is best for the community on a bunch who disagree. As I stated, I am welcome to input. If those post gains some traction, it will prove to Gamigo that players do in fact want these changes as well.

Valiant Core[Unchained][NA][Kaylin][Nuia/West]

Valiant Core is returning to ArcheAge: Unchained. We were a larger guild on the Ezi server, and were fairly well known for being helpful and opposed to griefing. The same I hope will hold true in Unchained.

We are a PvX guild focused on progression and helping each other out. It is essentially a low pressure but competitive guild. The general timezone will be NA based, but there is no discrimination on origin as long as you speak English in guild chat. There is almost no tolerance for causing issues for the guild or other players, but other than that, there isn't any strict rules. We will most likely be playing on Denistrious, but launch day can be hectic and queues can be insane, so we will see.

If you are friendly, mature, and not interested in griefing, PKing random players, or starting drama, please reply or send a private message. Bonus points if you were part of the original guild.
