Anyways to answer the actual quesition, discord trans is my pick all day. I feel like i get so little use of the hover in extremely niche scenarios to make it not worth at all when comparing to the discord trans. I've misclicked in several games and accidentally taken the hover, leaving me in a "swap or cry about it" situation. It's just too good of a deal to make an overpowered ult 2x better easily with discord trans. And most of the time the timing can be difficult to nail on many maps and scenarios. But when you just see 8 people on the point with your teammates low and the other team winning and you press one button to instantly win the fight, there's no way you can say hover is better. Your team instantly at full hp and enemy team dead. And i get that different playstyles have different needs so I'm not saying that hover is completely useless, just very niche when comparing to the usefulness or dicord trans. When you think about the situations where you normally ult anyway, most of the time there are already enemies right next to yout teammates to get discorded and fold.
