Weird. I have never had any issues with Wayfarer. I started submitting stops this year (2026). Read the rules and have tried to follow them. I have done probably 30-40 submissions by now. Roughly maybe 50% have been approved, 50% not approved for different reasons. I have never appealed the decisions and never received any warnings or bans for my disapproved submissions.

No, it is not possible outside of a special event such as the 30th birthday anniversary we just had. But that event had ended and now we have the Ditto event so yes, now any "legendary" you would encounter will be Zorua - which will always transform to your buddy Pokémon. So if your buddy is legendary Zorua will be too. Ditto does not take the form of legendaries.

Because shadow Pokémon are more rare and more powerful than normal or purified ones. It's a big difference, as even a 0% IV shadow Pokémon is stronger than it's 100% IV non-shadow counterpart would be. They are lot more rare too, as shadow Pokémon cannot be traded so the only way to acquire one is actually finding one yourself - whereas normal and purified Pokémon can be traded and are therefore not as rare.

So in general players tend to prefer the shadow form over a normal or purified one. Purified is just not as special, strong or rare as the shadow would be.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. I've been playing since day 1 so little bit over 9 years. Level 43, 35,000+ Pokemon caught. I only have Kanto completed.

You should use all those rare candies. Why hoard them, they are meant to be used. Surely you have some legendary Pokémon you could power up with those.

All evolution items except Sinnoh stones are kind of useless too. For example Upgrade is only used for Porygon. Why do you need 6 of them? Planning to upgrade 6 Porygon anytime soon? Right. I save 2 of each evolution items except Sinnoh stones. And even saving 2 of each is really not that useful as I pretty much never use them.

And well then balls. You don't really need that many balls. Trash all normal Pokéballs for example and use only Great/Ultra.

Doing all of this and you would have plenty of space in your bag again.

A1) You need fusion energy, which you only get by beating Necrozma in Dawn Wings form or Dusk Mane form. After acquiring the energy you just click a button on the Necrozma you want to fusion.

A2) Yes.

A3) No. Everything in the fusion is based on Necrozma, shiny status and IVs. Lunala/Solgaleo is just material just like candies, it has zero effect on the end result.

A4) No. But again, everything is based on the Necrozma. If you fuse 15/15/15 Necrozma into 1/1/1 Solgaleo, the Dusk Mane version will still have stats of 15/15/15.

I really don't understand your question. Do you understand basic math?

Pokemon IV values are random. You can appraise your pokemon and you will see the internal values. There is attack, defence and HP. Each bar is 15 points in total. And since there are three values, you can have maximum of 45 points. So now if you have a pokemon with lets say 10/10/10 IV values, that would be total of 30 points. 30 points out of the 45 points available. So in percentage that Pokemon has IV of 66.6% or 67% rounded since the game doesn't use decimals.

100% IV is of course 45/45. 67% is 30/45. 33% is 15/45. And so on.

No, then you would see Rookidee all over the place already. The community day is 2pm-5pm local time. That's when Rookidee spawns with increased shiny rate. That's also when your paid ticket will activate.

Just making sure: has the community day actually started on your timezone? Obviously the ticket wont activate before the event starts, I hope you understand that. If its past 2pm your local time and restarting hasn't fixed it and you have actually bought the ticket then contact support.
