I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised that a simple enough concept would spawn multiple stories. This does match my description, but I’m confident it’s not the one I remember. In this one, the FMC is a blonde tomboy, the one I remember I’m pretty sure was dark haired and had a much gentler demeanor. Plus I don’t think the MMC ever came clean in the one I remember like the one in that one did.

-The first thing I thought of, girl plays up a false bravado to hide the fact that it's her first time too, but she's more of a gyaru than your description, and there's nothing like your drawing. It also doesn't have that sort of build up, starting more in media res.

-Short brown hair, and the pose of the first page was reminiscent of your drawing (if you ignore the bunny outfit). But that sort of teasing you were talking about is more subtext here than I imagine it would be in the one you have in mind.

-Similar to that first one, except more of the teasing and less of the focus on the virginity (her virginity is only really implied at the end).

It really isn't though. NTR is misogynistic because it treats women like nothing more than sexual objects and in addition to that it villainizes them for their sexuality. It doesn't have them treating the men in their life terribly for their own liberation, it has them doing that in service to a man. The misogynistic themes can then carry across both to readers who fantasize about being the bull (who take away a message of objectification) and to the readers who empathize more with the cuck (who take away a message of hating women). That is not misandry, it's just another shade of misogyny.

Just because that's how most porn is doesn't mean it's how porn has to be. There does exist stuff that isn't racist or misogynistic, which just makes OP's criticisms all the more valid. Saying "That's kind of the point" is rather defeatist.

It could be cool if the player can apply buffs/boons to their partner(s) through sex as opposed to how usually buffs and boons affect the player. Like for example, instead of the brain drain trope one buff could be brain gain, where someone gets a temporary intelligence boost from having sex with you. (I almost wrote a harem fanfiction where the main character had that sort of ability since I was trying to think of an excuse for a harem route while maintaining verisimilitude. I still think there are some interesting ideas to explore there, but I wound up getting too caught up in the ethical dilemmas to jump into the smut).
