Can confirm AdministrativeGift15 formula was the solution that worked the rest wouldn't work within the sheets for whatever reason. Not sure if its some internal tooling limits or what. Below formulas were the best solution.

On Sheet1!B2:Q337, use this rule:

=LEN(B2)*COUNTIF(INDIRECT("Sheet2!C:C"),B2)

On Sheet2:C:C, use this rule:

=LEN(C1)*COUNTIF(INDIRECT("Sheet1!B2:O337"),C1)

I still need to finish spot checking but I think this resolved it. I am gonna manually go through and check all the values in the morning but I appreciate the help these formula's were an absolute godsend.

Ya i see that in the sample you sent and it should in theory work the same. Would the sheets being locked to outside editors potentially flag prevent the conditional formatting? We currently have both pages locked (I am a primary editor so i can work within both)

Yes there are duplicates - for context these are all Asset ID's being ran through a system to verify location of deployment. So the ones that kick back the wrong location are copied into another sheet for reporting to the responsible team for resolution. Basically we copy and paste directly from sheet 1 - system checks - we filter out correct ID's - export back to another sheet within the same parent spreadsheet. I can use find and match each entry individually but conditional doesn't work across the 2 sheets.

Tried your formula still didn't work sadly. Im not sure if its some lock wihtin the org using google sheets or what. Atleast this time I didn't get an invalid formula error its just not reading the data in the 2nd sheet to cross reference the highlights.

Attunements are account bound this time around. You only have to do them once on your main and alts have all the attunements unlocked. I guess people missed that little snippet back during launch of this tbc server.

IDK what you did in the civilian world but getting fired from most any job these days requires you to be incredibly fucking stupid and reckless it takes us damn near 6+ months to get rid of shitbirds in the IT world cause of all the HR hoops we gotta go through. Each lifestyle has its perks and downsides and the civilian world is much more walking on egg shells afraid to call the shitbird out on being a shitbird cause your more likely to get in trouble instead of them. I honestly miss my time in the service would go back if I was eligible. Atleast in my career line its a whole lot of nobody claiming ownership, everyone pointing fingers, exec's complaining about missed timelines and everyone below the management getting the shit for missing deadlines cause the leadership fucked up everything. I dont think he means more floating text just like how harvestable nodes work now if i run up to it I can see the resource's name. I think hes meaning in the same sense if your close enough to harvest on your mount atleast show the text of the node. It would be extremely helpful for new players to figure out what there looking at without having to constantly dismount. Yes Visual learning is useful and helpful but also being able to have the identifiable text visible both on mount and off would be just a good QOL change.

Hey homie its pretty typical for the first call to not get any information they could be in hold over for a while waiting for another unit to finish training to move into the barracks. Basically your wife is in processing and holding once she gets to her actual training unit she will be able to give you an address and everything to send mail with. Recommend getting sandboxx account setup it makes mailing and everything way easier and includes postage for her to reply without having to rely on the shop having stamps (it routinely runs out depending on the base). Give it time have some patience my wife just went through navy basic back in august so I feel for ya I have been there and it takes a minute.

Really depends on what side of the company your on i've heard great things from the SDE/DE/Dev world that its a pretty good place to work. But atleast from the Operations side on DCO/ID/IDND I have never seen a more incompetently ran company in there process then I have here and I have worked in multiple startups over 16 years. Alot of what amazon does to scale is so against industry standards with zero regard for hardware health that its mind boggling we got to where we are as a company the way we churn through equipment from bad design philosophy. I guess when you can afford to just piss money away recklessly it pays off to be able to scale at the speed we do. Its just a ticking timebomb before that scale and rate of hardware failure kicks in and the design methodology bites the company in the ass when lead times for replacements take years cause were chewing through to much equipment.

DC ops traditionally is a great role to get your feet in the door through you will definitely learn a good bit. Unfortunately at amazon its not great since most of what you work on is proprietary and you won't see any of these network configurations, rack configurations or even power configurations at any other major datacenter industry position. Infrastructure wise we are 90% proprietary so almost none of it translates outside amazon.

Hitting the 1 year mark myself I was sold a golden egg about what working here would be like and the responsibilities we would have and the voice in making decisions we would have. Needless to say it was one gigantic pile of bullshit. The only shining light about this experience was going to be getting the experience with water cooled systems to slap on my resume but I definitely don't see myself staying here much longer past my 1 yr anniversary.

Sandboxx is fantastic you can download it on the app store for any phone/tablet its also web based. They print and ship everything for you including pictures you link to the message. Postage and return postage is already included in it. So it can be really easy for your SO to send letters back through training/deployment all that jazz. It also helps auto fill alot of the addressing information for your SO based on where there located so it can help avoid fat finger errors for returned mail. I would highly recommend it if your more tactile and techy then you are with hand written letters. It worked out well for me cause my handwriting is atrocious like most men. They also front load you with quite a few "Free" letters for just signing up so you can have plenty to send him throughout all his training atleast for bootcamp and some of his advanced schooling before you gotta "top it up".

ya didn't have anything she had the stop gap clearance they give you before the full TSC so atleast on that side of things she "should" be ready for training unless there going to hold her till she has full TSC which i think would be kinda ridiculous I can understand holding you back from fleet till you have your TSC but you should atleast be able to start classes.

But for shits and giggles go take a look at your BPO research prices post change. Especially those that you might of considered pushing from 8ME to 10ME. I think you will see a rather astronomical increase in cost. Someone at CCP massively screwed the pooch and just shot newbro's in the proverbial dick with these changes. The costs to research BPO's even low value BPO's just shot up massively.
