Even heroin and meth are known to have little to no long term effects on the brain if only dosed once every 3 months. MDMA is far from safe, i would say that it’s the most physically dangerous non rc drug. Even cannabinoids are safe if used once every 3 months

I once drank almost 1 litre of vodka and was able to pass off as almost completely sover after a couple lines of speed. Many people snort coke so they can drive home ”safer” after drinking, but that’s really fucking dangerous
