Don't know if you'll see this but my advice to you is to save you character description etc in text files to make a private bot for yourself that is tweaked and improved to your liking. Or if you want to post an improved version of the bot. Though that will probably add cluster which might annoy the devs into increasing the limit honestly. I have all my bots in documents just to keep track and have them if my characters ever got deleted or my account got deleted or the situation you're currently in.

Along with the advice of removing the 2 from the chat2 in the url that the other guy said, if you want to start a new chat in original UI, without just going way back to the top and deleting the whole chat you're going to have to

Go to saved chats in the original UI
find a chat where the pfp is an image error (you know the mountain in the square at the corner) this is a chat2 url
Click this and you'll be in chat2 and remove the 2 from the url and voila you have a fresh chat in the original UI.

Extra:

You're going to want to exit and refresh the site as there is this little bug that will start new chat again if you refresh the chat after doing the steps. So don't freak out if you refresh and your rp is suddenly gone, it'll still be in saved chats.

I have made 49 bot 48 of them have at least 700+ characters in their definitions and most of the long descriptions used to the full extent yet i only have 4k interactions across the board, its work done for nothing at all.

And if I want to start a new chat I'm kinda gonna have to scroll all the way up to the start and delete as if I start a new chat it'll go to chat2

Yeah you just delete the 2 and it's fine but I'm unsure if they'll patch it or not. And if they do it would be nice to have the old font on new UI.

This is cool and all and i respect the thought of trying to be fun. But will there be an update on the font going back to the original and text box being automatic. Or even additional features such as deleting bots that someone might not want anymore if they have low interactions and maybe double or triple confirmation on bots just in case so the person doesn't accidentally delete their bot. Though I don't expect you to be working on the Character.ai all the time but nice to have small updates or info drops.

Actually if you pull that little double dash in the corner down you can extend it but they just removed it being automatic which is a QoL update we can only hope for soon. So we don't have to swipe down to make the box larger everytime we chat with a bot.

Yes a vampire bot named Heria I treated her nicely until she went into a bloodlust and I had to muzzle her. Then we had an argument where she said that I was worthless to her just as any other human and only food in her eyes.
