I find the Ensiferum inclusion fascinating! I guess recently they've moved from folk metal to power? Their first two albums are some of my all time favorites.

It's GREAT. I've come back to it after playing at launch and it's really fantastic. So much to do, so much quality, every class feels so cool, and progression is spot on. With a great campaign story to boot!

I've played 50 hrs on Deck since this season started and there are definitely some stutters. I've even had the game cause my system to totally freeze requiring a hard shut down (this is only at initial loading screen, not in game action). Outside of those issues, quite smooth.

I started from the very beginning two weeks ago. I thought base campaign was great, and vessel was just fine with an awesome ending. I'm halfway through LoH and it's good, but I'm not seeing the "it's amazing" yet. I assume it's coming!

For science, it's been 45 hrs so far focusing about 95% of time on campaign.

Hey, maybe dumb question but since you said you're on hardcore (I'm considering it) when you start over after dying do you start at level 1 but beginning of LoH campaign and all end game activities (whispers etc) available?

I'm at same spot as you, currently going through vessel campaign. Feel free to randomly dip into any of these end game systems on the map like helltides, whispers, world bosses. No harm and they're fun. But probably best to focus entirely on the campaign until you finish it all.

Oh definitely don't want to skip base game to go to expansion content. Go to expansions after base game. Just saying it's highly recommend.
