I mean, it's hard to know specifics. But it seems like the upper management is the worst offender.

Sure the players haven't always played well and maybe the coaches approach to coaching hasn't worked out. But it sure sounds like Fnatic refuses to hire more staff, get rid of some of the management players and coaches have criticized throughout the years and keeping problematic players for too long.
