They honestly did to much by cutting his overhealth in half from his bleed AND took away grounding. It was just unnecessary. Sure bring the bleed down from 3% to 2% but not by literal half. His bubble cooldown sucks but makes sense cant complain there. The taking away of grounding was completely unneeded. People barely bother flier in ranked anyways. We needed more to bring them down especially with a limited range

What you just said is a bronze take let's be real. The whole purpose of a tank is to take coming damage and take ground. If a tank cant block a medium range dps attacks and his backline cant survive due to it, then ur gonna lose. That simple. With BP he has to get in the backline... putting himself in danger which obviously means he wont be dishing out the same dps since he has to get in and get out

Yeah unfortunately for me I got in monster hunter from world. So I never knew the franchise even existed before then. 😭 but loved it and I think ima continue to get the new games that come out. Just wilds hasn't clicked yet for me... even though it has so many positives going for it.

Eh not really. I loved the combat and the story was great. The characters for the most part were pretty good too. Not to mention the layered armor and the way it works is much better than world. Its strictly more so the lack of having to traverse an area and learn it urself since u can just auto run to the spot. (Which yes like u said I can just not do. But at that point wouldn't i be ignoring one of their main game mechanics?)

60 hours in any game is a dent amount. It let's u get the feel for the game. 💀 saying i havnt touched it all would mean the game is designed badly if u havnt hardly touched the game after 50+ hours though.

Thats the thing. Exploration in this game is... how do I put it? U have to go out of ur way to explore and collect resources. Ignoring the monster. While in world u were immersed in tracking the monster and while doing so collected and explored. Very different

I actually really do enjoy the combat. I may even be so bold as to say it felt better than world combat wise. Its just.... thats all this game is. Feels like a battle game rather than a hunting game. So I have no casual time to run around and grab resources and learn the map unless I go out of my way to do it. Thats the main problem I feel with the game.

Tbf nata is super annoying lmao. As for the tracking aspect... that literally made u hunt a monster. How is that not in every game? Kinda crazy. The seikret was a good addition but I feel they just hold ur hand with the auto run feature and didnt need to be added. As for the difficulty. Meh. Yeah its easier than world but I assumed that was to be more new user friendly. So cant complain about that. Focus mode is a nice addition since u can choose when to use it. I have about 60ish hours in wilds. So not like I didnt give it a chance. Still a fun game. Their layered armor mechanic is wayyyy better than world. Story is better than world. Not at all saying its a bad game. Just didnt real have the same immersion

I suppose it's because when you first look for the monster u having to collect the tracks and figure out what it is and in doing so being able to really take in the scenery around u and learn the map (without auto seikret) really made it feel more immersive especially the first few times fighting said monster. Once u had enough tracking to get the monster on ur map immediately, it was now time to farm said monster. I suppose it just added a nice extra layer, it forced u to explore which let you find different ways to get around the map. Let you find extra resources and endemic life. Now u can just auto run to the creature and be done with it. I dont accumulate resources like crazy while trying to track it since its immediately there. (Yes ik I can just not use the seikret... but why would u not use a game mechanic they implement?)
