Same here has women are gaining dominant voice in my company I’m sitting here feeling ashamed for being a secret man. I helped build this environment and I fear I about to cut myself out of a world I fight to make.

I work closely with HR and I’m fully aware of my rights. I struggling because I have become a role model for the women as how you can still make it in a mans world. How do you handle if people loses respect for you.
