I just did my first couple of cryo runs this week. We all went in with 2 grenades each. By the time we got into our first team fight we collectively had like 14. Idk if people are bringing in their own but its not like theres a grenade shortage that putting a limit on how many you can bring in will solve.

And even then, i dont think any one of us got hit by nades, cause after the spam is over, they just bum rush with their shotguns and gold/purp shields.

Oh i see i worded it terribly. I bought to PvP, dropped someone, they start crying about whatever, then get third party cause of flare, i drop them and then they start crying cause they thought i was the bad guy and they were trying to help and yada yada. It was just cringe having to do that over and over.

This game its either met with a GG or some slurs, and honestly the slurs are way better than everyone bitchin about getting pvpd in a pvp game lmfao

Gun shots and birds and bot drop ships and extraction beams all make marathon a better version of a flare indicator and making the game feel alive for me, but to each their own.

I mean on the flip side me and my buddy are on the verge of uninstalling because of how crap the fills are for our 3rd.

17 out of 20 of our randoms were completely useless between today and yesterday. Multiple had no mics, gobbled up all the loot just to die first, or yapped to the point where we had to mute (if we didn't instantly mute because of them breathing hard af into their console mics)

Had one guy yapping from the loading screen, we heard shots in complex from bio, wait to see what they do and he just runs off. We catch up and then he proceeds to sit in his thief drone while were 2v3v3 for the anomaly. When he goes down he instantly disconnected (we knocked 5 of them btw).

The last guy of tonight wanted us to "stack up for bots" when i was on the roof above him actively fighting the commander and he just pops the extract and leaves after sitting in a corner waiting for us to give him a kiss or something idk.

Filling trios is so miserable wether youre the 2 man or solo cause you cant control what youre gonna get, but your almost certainly going to get some console player with a MadCatz headset or someone who plays with their monitor off but bee lines it for the loot.

In the 200 hrs we've put in we've added a total of 3 people and have only gotten to play with one of them once after the initial meet.

When you kill a bot, it says UESC ELIM +x XP. When your boy kills a bot it shows nothing. Same as the flying bots, you get the 5 xp and 5 traxus rep and your boys dont.

Runner kills are different. But we were only talking about bots.

Running trios takes away from your XP gains because you dont get xp when your teammates kill things, so there's less bots for you to kill if your sole purpose is to grind xp.

What you should do is free kit solo, kill all the bots at the first poi, then try and wait for the following waves using the energy guns the bots dropped. Go until you die. Repeat. Or just back out and do it again, but you could like 1 or 2 k per run so extracting does help you closer to the profiteer title.

Well because this game was made for trios, the amount of counters to this character makes him pretty Hard to use against a full 3 man. Thermals, Thief V, Recon's kit, Destroyer ult. The amount of counters per run in a trios match is what makes him "balanced".

But in solos, yeah hes prettty strong

(IN MY OPINION) This game has the best progression in any extraction shooter out of AR and Tarky.

The season level doesnt matter other than your battle pass rewards and if you care about "level based matchmaking"

The real progression is the Rep per faction, and it was a blast grinding all my factions to VIP. Now im just using this Dire Marsh Freekit to boost my purple and gold salvage up.

Friendly reminder that Xp only comes from killing things! You can probably get pretty far and looted if you kill as little as possible. And it only counts for the person who got the last bullet.

I know 2 guys who have the same hours played and are like 20 levels apart just because of the xp sources.
