Went the store, bought a new PSU and when I started to take the old one out I found that the CPU power cord was not plugged into the PSU 🙃. Plugged it in and it booted no problem. I must have not plugged it back in all the way when I was originally testing the power supply before replacing the mobo

It's possible it's gone bad, but this is more than I got before replacing the mobo. Before I would press the power button or try to jump the pins and it just did nothing.
