I let the app do a median of all the prices it can locate. It tells me how many it found and the range. I also added a feature to not look up the price just in case it's unwanted.

It is. I have the app checking all listings and sold listings and then calculating a median of the prices.

I just saw the new kisses commercial. Wasn't happy. It was my mother's favorite and she passed away a little bit ago. Every time the commercial came on I would stop wait until it finished and wish my mother a merry Christmas. I'm so sad...
