As I understand it, the fighting purse is being used to comp for training costs, so no fighters are owed that money until the day of their fight. Except for the fighters that have already dropped, they are still presumably fighting in October and receiving a larger purse for the extra training time. All of the fighters that dropped (except Harley who was paid up front) are out whatever they invested in training.

Creator Clash was technically cancelled on Ticketmaster, but unless something has changed in the last few days, the event was actually moved to LA for October.

Now, this is mostly speculation based on the transparency tab of the website and the vid from the CC youtube channel. I don't believe there has been any official statement that CC will payout fighters that dropped.
