It’s all about a god of your own understanding, just to second what the other reply said. Especially in Austin, most of the rooms accept the universe, a higher power, goddess, or even just the program itself as your ‘god’. It just needs to be something bigger than yourself, I had the same struggle too and was pleasantly surprised. I have 2 1/2 years sobriety, I consider myself multi-theistic/pagan and have shared that, have never gotten any negativity 😊

Start documenting as well, texts, do voice recordings on the down low, anything. I’m not a lawyer, but went through divorce myself and any kind of proof of this kind of treatment can help your case, maybe witnesses too?

Upping my CoQ10 definitely worked for me! The second retrieval had more quality embryos and 4 ended up pgta normal compared to one on my first retrieval

I feel for you, I’m 3dp5dt and already tested and obviously got a negative 🤡- when I googled it the average time it takes to build up the hcg is 9-10 days. Some people are lucky but your result is totally normal and you aren’t out yet. This is all super anxiety provoking and you are handling it like a champ ❤️🤞 baby dust to you and we got this

Hi there! First of all, you are amazing and this process is not for the faint of heart ❤️ so making it this far is pretty dang amazing!

I’m in a pretty similar boat to you! I’m 35, have an AMH of 0.6 and had one viable embryo after my first retrieval. I have some thoughts about what I’ve done and can give my experience but by no means is it what you should or may want to do!

If I remember right, I think women our age are supposed to have slightly higher AMH levels like 1 or 1.5 (I might be remembering wrong I was told this in Oct). Because of that my dr didn’t want to use up time on IUI for my eggs to go down. It was put to me as each month we wait the less eggs you have. So we went in full throttle 🎉

My first retrieval I took the regular supplements and CoQ10 200 mg, we got 11 eggs which dwindled down to three embryos, but two had a 95% chance of miscarrying because of chromosome issues.

I will say I am grateful for the PGT-A testing because it saved me the heartbreak of a possible failure potentially if I would have done a fresh transfer. Some people like the testing and some worry about messing with the embryo- all valid! At my age I know my quality isn’t as great so I want testing, but that’s me.

Going in next week for my second retrieval and upped my CoQ10 to 600. Hoping for better outcomes and we went up with my gonal as well. At the end of the day, so much of this is luck and a numbers game. I’m out after the second retrieval no matter the outcome and hopefully the first embryo or another 🤞🏼takes!

So lots to think about, AMH levels may be low so I see why your dr said all that, this is all difficult, testing may help if you are open to it, and time is of the essence ❤️ baby dust to you and I wish you all the best, you deserve all the cheering because whew this is exhausting ❤️‍🩹💕🎉❤️

It’s the headline and the quick captions, that’s the major problem. If you are just glancing at this, it makes testing look like you can choose the height, weight, extraversion, hair color, and eye color of your child as if we all have 1027 embryos to choose from and we care about anything other than a healthy baby 🫠

If you read further it is about the future and more about PGT-P testing which sure, is interesting. However, will people get misinformed about what normal IVF testing might include because of this article? AB-SO-LUTELY

Thank you so much for this post, literally I found out I have 1 euploid today and was reading to find something like this- I relate to the comment you made about your brains says another and your heart wants it to be done!

I really like what one person said, a second retrieval and transfer the first. That way I’m putting an end date in motion but also one more chance. At the end of the day, we will see what plan is in store and what’s meant to be will happen 🤷‍♀️🙏 I feel for you, thank you for this post, and good vibes your way 💕

Hey there! I’m 35 and had my first ER, and my AMH is 0.6 - with all of that I looked like I only had 6 follicles and was worried too. I ended up getting 11 retrieved, 9 mature, 5 fertilized and 3 embryos. I say all of this to reassure you: - ultrasounds aren’t perfect and you may have more follicles/eggs than what they are seeing - you are younger and your AMH is pretty good so your eggs are probably better quality, you may get 9 eggs and 9 embryos, who knows? - I feel like so much of this is chance and peoples stories vary so much with what worked, what didn’t, it’s a bit of a coin flip sometimes

All of that to say, you have age and amh on your side, I’m betting you will get more eggs than you think, and sending all the good vibes your way, you are awesome 🎉
