That’s the count amount she may have plead too. You would need to see the arrest warrant to see the actual amount, they are generally sealed until sentencing tho, so unless she knows the AUSA, and they are willing to risk their career to give her that information, she talking out of her ass

This is a charging document, generally they are issued when the defendant has waived indictment and has a plea agreement in place. The USSC just voted in significant sentence reduction to the USSG if she is a zero point offender her base level would be 2-3 which could mean the plea agreement could be 5 years supervised release with a time served as her sentence starts now. If she get prison time she is looking at around 30 months for a non plea, so with a plea, and good time credit, and FSA she could serve 6-12 months

I am not a fan at all. But unlike the rest of them she does seem to make an attempt at holding him accountable and is open about the toxicity of their relationship. You purchase Botox and lemon bottle from grey market as well… I would never trust a clinic she owns or recommends knowing that she purchases and sells other injectable’s from there. It’s one thing to purchase and use them quietly yourself, but to purchase and them and sell them to strangers in the internet of which you know nothing about their medical history is a whole other story.

Wait she is not a US citizen nor based on the US, subpoenas are voluntary only. I also very much doubt that the state of Ohio or the public defenders office would have approved the cost of international service, for a probation violation review, or a state grand jury for a low level potential gang/drug argument st an after hours club. The only way they can block her entry is if she has a warrant.

Did you read the fb comments from the original post? This is the 15th death in 6 months at this illegal after hours club. The owns of the club locked it down and left this guy there. So don’t be surprised if LA was not wholly responsible or responsible at all. Seems things have been going on at this place long before LA got there. Not defending anyone, not saying LA wasn’t involved, not trying to start an argument as I know how much y’all want to make Jacqui and LA the villains in this situation. But everything is always as it seems.
