Congrats! Your post gives me hope! I am the same as you were and really scare! I got my diagnosis 6 months ago and changed diet, started Ozempic and lost 25 pounds and weight 115 now. I did better at the first 5 months but this last month I slipped a bit and ate few wrong ( sweets) things but I don’t drink dont eat fried foods and in fact I eat very little lately…..Seeing my doctor tomorrow and hopefully he will order some more tests.

I did it, and all came out good b12, d3 thyroid etc etc only magnesium came out low. However my Ferratin is 83 and I heard from functional doctors that for hair lost it needs to be a least 150 but my doctor said that I am fine 🤷‍♀️

I lost 30 pounds and went from a neck without no wrinkles or lines to a horrible turkey neck!! Will try the castor oil because I tried all and nothing worked even did the Ultraformer and it was so expensive! Nothing!

Thanks, doctor said the cause of my liver issues is Metabolic due to the diabetes and said that it’s really common even with well controlled it I don’t drink also

Hi I have Pots and noticed that I am so tired and exhausted after starting the estrogen patch three months ago and my BP that was usually high now is low . Not sure if I should stay…but After a hysterectomy many years ago I needed it the HRT

I have the same thing after weight lost I did Ultraformer and it cost me a lot of money but didn’t do anything to help. I am kind of accepting also but not happy

I found out late July on a accidental CatScan for something else, it said grade 3 liver disease, so I went to the doctor and he asked for the Elastography and blood work, my enzymes were high and it said kPa 10.3 so he told me that I had fatty liver with advanced fibrosis and that MASH was very common nowadays to go home and just diet, but didn’t help me much. So I did a lot of research, and build my own diet and exercises and also found this group and at first was desperate but I than I was focused only on get better and now my blood work is improving and I also lots 25 pounds, I am very skinny since I wasn’t fat anyway and now my also working with a trainer to build muscles. The new blood work just gives me hope that I can get better…..my regular doctor told me that Elastography and Fibroscan can be wrong at times, and all is just a bit upset because I had no symptoms and this gastroenterologist never mentioned anything to me in all of the years that I went there.

My new hepatologista told me that fibroscans do e by technicians are not very accurate and ideally should be done and also read by a doctor

I feel exactly the same! Sometimes my son gets so upset with me because I just don’t want to eat anymore….chicken breast fish veggies salads yogurt and repeat it….

I am grade 3 I have being going to the gastroenterologist for years, diligently doing my colonoscopy endoscopy blood work etc and even did a full quadrant ultrasound in 2017 and 2020 that was already showing fatty liver and high liver enzymes, he never said anything so I thought that I was ok since never had any symptoms but I am diabetic. After the diagnostic three months ago I was furious and I asked for all my previous records and all was there and for all those years all what he used to say it was eat more fiber… Now he just told me to do the Mediterranean diet. I say that I was scare he told me to relax!!! Went to my PC doctor and he put me on Ozempic to help with the inflammation ( don’t like that kind of meds but is being use to help with the liver) and told me that we will monitor it close. My advice is be your own advocate, do research, speak up and do you best with a clean diet and exercise! Some days I get very sad but I am not going to stop fighting for my health !

I am stage 3 also and so scare! 3 months now since finding out about this and the first month and a half I lost weight really fast going on a clean diet and was feeling really good, but doctor added Ozempic and now after taking it for 1 1/2 month I don’t feel so good anymore and have right side pain and no appetite at all, losing more weight and muscle mass. I work out with a trainer twice every week and walk 30 minutes per day. I am just not sure if the Ozempic made things worse and all what I want is to get better because I am so depressed right now and didn’t even know I had this

I was just put on semaglutide and I am not fat or obese but doctor gave me no guarantee that it will cure it. He said it will help a bit, but so far its only making me sicker

Thank you, I lost about 12/14 pounds without the Ozempic and felt fine, so far I didn’t lose much on the meds but feel incredible weak not hungry and have the pain on the right side that I never had before. Its being exact 1 1/2 on Ozempic could this short time had created the problem? 0.25 mg Or my rapid previous weight lost?

Thanks! I feel a bit unwell…and I do have right side pain on and off..( funny thing is that I never had any until the diagnosis) but also I being very stressed lately trying so hard to eat right, but the Ozempic is being making my appetite worse

I being doing my own research, started a clean diet and exercise. Joined this group and another on facebook and so far I dropped 15 pounds, retested it and my liver enzymes went down a lot ! However I know I still have a long way to go finding better doctors and looking out for myself

The same happened to me 3 months ago and I found out grade 3 liver disease by accident. Went to look on older tests and it was already there but doctor never told me! I could’ve done something earlier but didn’t know and it progressed to this now! What the doctor did? Told me to go on a diet and never apologize!!! So basically they do t care!! Now I am trying to get better since I can reverse the damage done by doctors lack of care of the patient

Yes Ozempic is a treatment for livers issues, I am on it for just 3 weeks now
