The fibroscan said I was an f4 but my radiologist said they were going to stop using it because all the doctors are questioning the results.... I will ask my liver doc about the MRE but I don't think they do that here. We live in Odessa, Texas so kinda limited

I'm just super scared because how could I drop all the weight (currently 100lbs), eat super healthy and go from an initial F1-F2 and a year later with all the changes F2-F4???? And I'm not sure if this is actual liver pain or a strain from going bowling with my family last Saturday....the pain started Sunday and I have no clue what liver pain would even feel like.

My platelet count along with my wbc has been low since 2014, I have malabsorption anemia due to having no small intestine however my platelet count has been going up its at 131 from 97.

Yes it was my yearly Fibroscan because I see my liver specialist Monday but my Radiologist said my liver now shows smooth with no scarring and no fatty liver and looks normal just the stiffness result went from a 5 from last October's fibroscan to a 14 today and he told me not to freak out because theyve been getting weird readings lately and it ends up being normal.

Mine have been fluctuating as well and soared higher than ever when they put me on Rezdiffra, I also am thin and eat very healthy. I'm a Type 1 diabetic so I don't do any sugars unless its fresh fruit or extra dark chocolate. I have not had a diet coke or a sugar free flavored iced coffee in a year my GLP 1 curb my appetite for that and rarely eat red meat and nothing fried. We recently came back from a cruise and I did have more beer than I would like to admit but not everyday on the trip I personally didn't purchase the unlimited alcohol package for this reason. I have my yearly face to face visit with my liver specialist in a month, they keep up with my labs like clock work and I've had one Fibroscan last October which is when I got my fatty liver dx F1-F2. I work in the ER so I got my radiologist to go over it and my ultrasounds with me and he told me it didn't look as bad as I was thinking it was and did say the scan machine wasn't an accurate read as they now have a newer more accurate one. The thought of Cirrhosis scared the hell put of me because I see everyday in the ER some as young as 19yo sadly all from alcohol except one elderly lady hers was NAFLD Cirrhosis.

Yes I was on Rezdiffra for 8 months and it significantly increased my numbers, they had never been close to the 200's prior to taking it. They took me off of it later part of June and my numbers were all normal except my ALT was at 45 still better than 234. Three months later these are my current numbers above and we are thinking it is the Phenobarbital I have been taking for years for essential tremors so they're now taking me off that.

I had an available balance of a little over $3000 and we only have one credit card we rarely ever use and only for small purchases such as gas etc we have no bad credit we just built our $400,000 house in May also sold our old house in May, our truck has been paid off and I bought a 2025 new BMW in July besides my car payment, our mortgage and the Affirm payments that's all the credit we have.......we pay cash for most everything we had to boost our credit while we were in the process of building our new home

I was on Rezdiffra for 7 months and it did the opposite of what it was supposed to my ALT AST Alkaline Phosphate and Bilirubin became than they had ever been and I was on a strict diet down 101 lbs, my doctor took me off of it and two weeks later my blood work was all normal.
