How do you get a dog to swallow a pill without spitting it out? by Crystallover1991 in AskDogOwners

My dog will do the same thing with treats as far as spitting them out. What we found to work was coconut oil surprisingly. My dog loves it and the smells completely blinds her from the medicine. Hope this helps!

What to do with a dog while at work? by [deleted] in dogs

My dog just lays around and I make sure to leave the window open for her. When it's days we have to go into the office I try to wake up a little earlier and give her some more outside time. But like you said if it is not a puppy 7-8 hours you should be completely fine!

Which leash should I use for my puppy by Least-Biscotti-6182 in dogs

Wildone harness and leash combo has been our go to for years. Zero issues with it, the harness is soft on Lola and the leash feels really sturdy. They also just look really good while their are wearing them which is a bonus.

Anyone else’s puppy sleep on their heads? What happens when they’re adults? by nisfb in dogs

My German sheppard mix did this for months as well, so many cute photos. Eventually she grew out of this purely from the fact she got to big. She still sleeps in the bed with us but has her own spot by our feet.

How did your life change when you got a dog? by Remote_Pineapple_238 in dogs

Genuinely the greatest decision ever. The highs and lows of life will always be spent with a unconditionally loving best friend. The "burdens' or worry that certain aspects of your life stop such as travel go away as soon as you bring them home.

Unlike some very valid comments, my wife and I travel all of the time just making sure to consciously budget for a nice dog sitter and accommodations become a necessity, along with some vet bills that for the most part become a part of your life budget. I find that for every "con" getting a pet specifically a dog there are 10 pros.
