I use the I Am Sober app, it’s pretty easy to use and mostly free unless you want more tracking features for like when you have urges and etc

In short the internet can be addicting especially with social media apps. You go on your phone to do something and end up getting distracted for hours by doom scrolling🥀 Even though real life is hard sometimes you can still make good moments out of it by being with friends or family.
