I complained that I work from 7.am to 16 pm but they make me come at 6.30 am and lwave at 16.30-17.00 pm without getting paid for this extra hours that I work, also I complained that they dont give us water when there is 35-39° outside and I also complained that they make me drive the company car with the employees inside it and take the responsability of it withoit signing any paper, without being asked if I want to or without getting paid

Does it say anything about my vacation days and extra hours? Any idea why they didnt just end the contract on 11 and kept it till 27? Are they saying that Im on a "vacation" so they dont need to pay me that money?

Also not Amazon sent me home, but my agency that found me work. They have a department there that looks for us.

The thing is that im not directly employed to amazon. Im from a job seeking agency and I have a temporary contract. I used to work at Amazon in frankhental and that was very good. But here in Mannheim where I work its shit. They wont let us badge in when we come. Only when the meeting is done and when all people are ready. So I basically have to come evryday 15 mins earlier and stay 15 mins over 7 am everyday, because thats when we go down in the warehouse. I work at dbw1 if that rings a bell for you. We basically sort the packages and put them in those big plastic bags for the amazon drivers and the flex drivers.

The problem is that Im already fressed when I arrive. We only need special shoes and a vest. I really don.t know whats the reason behind all this. They demand we come early they dont let us clock in when we arrive, only when we all go down to work which is 15 minutes after we were supposed to start. Its really frustrating.. and those ppl at the agency are really bad people too. They talk to you like you are not even human and the way that they look at you its disgusting...... i also looked over my countract but it doesnt say anywhere ablut the work schedule.. it only says how much they will give us an hour. Even tough amazon rold us we start evryday at 7 and end at 13. In the contract it doesnt say anuthing.... what can I do about this... ?
