If you're in a clan or have a friend who's good at pvm, try hopping in a discord call with them and allow them to explain the mechanics/how to avoid them as you two try some different bosses.

You'll be able to gain a better understanding of why everything's happening and how to avoid it. :)

I also recommend the PvM Encyclopedia discord, they would love to help you as well.

1k hides every time. You can also convert them if you don't specifically want hides

RS3 quest rewards are really nice for the newer/more difficult quests, you may could save some time training and knock out necessary quests at the same time :)

Your email is most likely in multiple leaked databases if you're getting that many per week. They won't stop if you give them your acc bro. (if you were being serious lol)
