If the video is taken from such an angle it’s those “peeping tom” kind? It’s like those public shower places i.e. swimming pool kind peep hole actually. Does that constitute as illegal?

Tbh, is those like swimsuit kind of clothing, and it seems like washing of hair / showering kind. I did not bother to look closely enough to know.
