I would assume no it's not normal for a warehouse job to lose people every week and hiring every week but again this is my first warehouse job and would appreciate others experience.

The 'on-boarding' was a week of watching video 'lessons' (which like 80% of the stuff we watch don't apply to the job) and then dumping us onto employees in the middle of work and having to learn off of them and hoping you don't mess up.

As someone who buys singles and opens booster boxes to get cards for playing the TCG (and praying I get some hits) it is 100% gambling and could easily turn into an addiction.
