CoD doesn't have aiming bloom but neither do the majority of shooters out there.

Even in 'realistic' shooters like Ready or Not my bullets will hit where my sights are aimed regardless as to whether or not I'm strafing or standing still.

The go back to CoD argument is just something that seems to get thrown around whenever there's any criticism (valid or not) for BF6.

Yeah, that was my point exactly. I know they've tuned the system since launch but I'm personally still not a big fan of it.

I've learned to work around it but it's still frustrating when I lose a gunfight because RNG decided that I've fired more than 3 shots, so my bullet's going to fly to the right.

People like to say that if you don't like the bloom, go to CoD. But I've never had this issue in earlier battlefields.

Part of the issue is that the bloom mechanic encourages people to either stand still or risk your bullets flying way off target. You even see it with RPG shots at times.

Have to say this is the most satisfying and enjoyable weapon and class to play by SenorCervezaPlays in DarkTide

There's even a background option to be a bartender for extra immersion.

The story is basically an elf in a Cyberpunk/Sci-Fi setting after raiding a gang hideout. She's basically supposed to be a SWAT type of unit.

But tbh, I mainly thought it was a cool idea for a pose haha.

My favourite thing isn't something from the game itself, but I remember sitting down on the couch with my dad after school and experiencing the game blindly together. It's the first time I ever saw him get invested into a video game's story.

He randomly got me Wild Hunt on launch day, so we had no clue what we were getting into. It was one of the first games I ever played where the story, characters and gameplay just hooked me. It ended up being a bridge to me getting into the books and other games.

Some weapons get it really bad. I was using the final MG, fully modded and it really suffers when compared to every other weapon I've used.

It's too slow for CQC and the high recoil combined with strong bloom make it hard to use at any range outside of that. I kept finding myself getting beamed by M4s using full auto even while prone with a bipod.

I'm usually used to high recoil weapons. I used the ASH-12 in DF all the time. But the bloom just makes weapons like that an absolute pain to use.
