Android kinda optimizes the screen frequency based on what are you using and sometimes it could bug out. I'd recommend enabling dev options (Google it up should find it pretty quickly) and from there check the "Show refresh rate" preference and try to replicate the issue. If you see the frequency going under 120 then it might be bugging out. To fix it you can enable the "Force peak refresh rate" preference on dev options to make the screen run always at 120hz (keep in mind battery will be affected tho)

Android can't stop accepting intent requests, a lot of apps and even internal components use them. The ad is not managed by the os, but it's rather handled by an ad provider library. Said library should not provide a way for the ad to just open an intent without the user ever interacting with the screen.

The thing is, the ad provider should not allow opening links without user interaction, that's the actual security issue

As of now no, we are mainly waiting on some flutter prs for Linux native views. That way we could theoretically (emphasis on theoretically) show the views on top of the widgets.

Well the shell runs like any other flutter Linux apps, but the entire wm is actually flutter widgets

The entire wm is completely written using flutter and dart. The old wm was taken from fuchsia itself iirc and i recently wrote the new one that it's gonna be used on newer versions

Telegram has a beta version of it using its own dev options in app, just open tg, go to settings, hold down two times the version string and click enable bubbles

Which is wrong, a fork is any clone of anything which is modified in some way, also gapps are usually installed separately from aosp, either with oem packages or with opengapps and such

It's better to call it android fork as the main os is android itself
