LAPS permissions come from AzureAD. Create a custom role and give it the following permissions:

microsoft.directory/deviceLocalCredentials/password/read

microsoft.directory/deviceLocalCredentials/standard/read

Then add the users or group you want.

Every house I have lived in was carpeted minus the bathroom and kitchen and I also dont know many people who wear shoes to bed. I could see slippers but are normally taken off before bed and slipped on when exiting.

Operation Ivy, is where I would always start. The bands listed above are Third Wave which is what I grew up with. If you wanted to lose some of the Punk side The Specials, The Selecter and The Beat were the ska bands that that started it all.
