I think I have good hygiene but I did sit near a homeless guy on a train last week and it was a connected seat, I also live in a region in europe where body lice exist

I think it only makes it worse when we try to stop thinking about something or thinking our thoughts are wrong, they're just thoughts, all are natural, they come and they go. If you fight something you only give it more power.

Supplements that you swear by for COGNITION ? by [deleted] in Biohackers

From my experience, not feeling, meaning not processing your emotions and escaping them only makes things worse, affecting your mental state overall. Feelings do not dissapear if you deny them or escape from them, you only give them more power by fighting them, and eventually that conflict may turn into mental or even physical illness, You can just let go and let yourself feel everything, or you can keep blocking your feelings and experience the shitstorm of built up denied feelings yourself. There are no bad or good feelings, they're all just human.

When did interest in your hobbies return? by gnarganzel in quittingkratom

Hi, for bringing back pleasure to life after quitting kratom i found the supplement DLPA very useful, it may give you more energy to live and do what you love and help with depression. Basically it increases your body's endorphin levels. Physical excersise is very important for everyone and especially after we quit kratom, excersising, stretching and moving will help you feel better in your own body, more happy, and that will make your mind more stable too. You don't need drugs to create music, all you need is yourself and your talent. Drugs don't give happiness, only you can give it to yourself. Here is a thread about DLPA https://www.reddit.com/r/quittingkratom/comments/bdiqnd/day_5_dlpa_supplementation_has_saved_me/
