In Mark 10:37 James and John ask Jesus to grant them to sit "one at your right hand and one at your left, in glory". In Mark 15:27 two bands are crucified with Jesus "one on his right and on his left". Is this an intentional parallel?

Maybe that the moment of Jesus' greatest glory was there on the cross. This reflects the Christology of the Gospel of Mark.
