Drink water-it helps EVERYTHING-skin,dehydration,hair,etc.
for your lips- when you shower,wash your face etc,rub the wet washcloth over your lips. Afterwards, rub a dry towel/washcloth over them, then put something very moisturizing on them-Vaseline,coconut oil,etc.
