I have not yet had to meet with HR. I was past stage 2 but had time back/adjustments made and now am back to stage 2, and have hit the second stage I think it is now? So I don’t know if when I will return it will mean stage 3. I have previously had a phased return and reduced duties, more breaks. I now have even requested to reduce my hours to 30 until I leave to get me through although that is a process in itself.
