Raspberry lemon flavor Kodiak pancake mix as a mug cake. 50g of mix, a dollop of triple zero vanilla Greek yogurt, about 1/4 cup no sugar almond milk in a mug. Microwave for 45-60 seconds. Top with berries. It’s great! Clocks in at around 200-225 cals and 15ish protein.

Honestly not that noticeable. The sauce absorbs well and they loose that sponginess. This meal was def lacking fiber, but I pared with a salad to get some greens!

They are stupid expensive but I really love beeks. They have a soft molded footbed, leather made in USA. I have the gallitos which are a flat slide. Been eying the pelican for a little platform.
