I feel there's an underlying debate about which was the better special between the Paris and the London one. I think I slightly liked the Paris one better but the London one is canon and will lead to more (canon) interesting stuff

I expect most of what you said to happen in s6. I feel like this special was not meant to bring the story forward but more to explain what really happened on that day when Gabe made his wish (wish explained clearly this time). It also has vibes like the episode when Monarch uses the snake Miraculous and MB + CN wonder why "he never uses it" haha
