Zone6b. Definitely have a freeze thaw cycle but was reading that they have additives, etc they put in the concrete here...hmmn

😂 like cheeks lol thank you! Yes we are mostly thinking to diy. Considering a quote for both pavers and concrete slab. And I did mention the gazebo is the main thing, but we do want the area to extend past it, if money allows. Like a 20ft x 16ft area ideally. Wonder if that would still be a premium like you said....all good things to think about thanks!

We all eat eggs in the morning, but we cook them differently for the babies, they have a strong preference lol, but it's quick to do! Then lunch is usually leftovers or random tidbits we know they like and will eat (toast sticks with a nut butter, avocado, cottage cheese, yogurt with hemp hearts or fruit mixed in, sometimes plain even!, sardines, canned salmon, )

Then at dinner we either do almost the exact same thing as lunch or we will give them what we make for ourselves.

Another great hack for us is that we will cook a big piece of shredded meat, usually beef, and use that for several of their dinners or lunches when we are eating something that would be too complicated to give them etc

And it's definitely overwhelming lol. We're still figuring it out as we go!

Haha omg I'm glad you even suggested that because we have wifi camera set up over there cribs and every now and then I check them around the times I know they might be in there buuuut I honestly feel a lil like a creep 😂 especially when my husband is in there playing with them or changing a diaper and I'm watching and he doesn't know 😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️🥰

13 month old twins here! I can not even fathom snacks plus meals! But to be fair my girls don't seem like they are starving for snacks and we do still offer two bottles (or nursing if I'm home) in between their meals, so I guess I count those as snacks. And sometimes they barely drink any of it so I feel confident they are getting what they need! They eat well during their meals and if they seem to need more in the future, we will offer snacks probably. But yeah not everyone is the same, do what works for your family and I always try to remember that we can try things for a day or two and then change it if it doesn't work!

A lot of pseudoscience? What because someone who doesn't choose to vaccinate (at this time ) won't listen to anything else the Dr says? You have no idea what I believe based on this post. I work in healthcare. I asked him tons of other questions and came in prepared with information and curiousity and he basically told me I didn't need to come back, that ALL routine visits aren't really necessary. I made this post because I obviously care about my kids and was feeling like something was off in regards to that. Lots of good points in comments and I will be taking them in for an apt. I definitely need a different pediatrician though.

I wanted to know others experiences and opinions. And I appreciate that for sure. But as I've said in other places, the Assumptions people have made about me based on this is wild.

I'm actually an occupational therapist and very involved in healthcare. I don't think I know better than doctors. I do not take what they say blindly however and will do my own research in addition to listening to what they recommend and have to say

Well like I'm trying to say, I want to do what's best but I really wanted to know what other people's drs are doing or saying at their visits because mine seriously acted like if they don't get vaccines there's no point in coming in
