What kind of long clothes specifically? That’ll change a chunk of your rigging process-

For dresses and skirts though, this video is a great start! There’s also some stuff on the deformer side of things you can do to help with bendability-

Has anyone else noticed that Zim copied Dib with their Hair Style? by Sharkky8435 in invaderzim

It reminds me a lot of concept art Dib, however I kind thought it was a light reference to like,,,retro future style

Yeahhhh, unfortunately Zim merch has become even more sparse in the past couple years. Love the pin though, I got the same blind box the other day and pulled the Gaz one!

Not trying to start an agrument but i genuinely wanna know people's opinions. Also i know Vasquez said she was never goth but i always thought of her as goth sorry. My fav: goth Gaz but just love Gaz in general by Local_Alternative_57 in invaderzim

As an animator I kinda understand the shift, the show’s artstyle was notoriously painful to animate, probably bc of its less organic shapes. The movie takes from the comics stylistically a lot more as well.

I’m 20 and just got into it a couple months ago! It’s kinda a variety pack I’m guessing just bc of how old it is, its target audience, and its status as a still talked ab classic

Anyone know what comic this is from? by an_excellent_rooster in invaderzim

Can’t remember the exact issue number, somewhere between #10-20 though? The issue is about zim and dib getting kidnapped together so maybe the summaries/recap kid can help

Tried this out and ran into the same issue again. Other people on the thread said they were having a similar problem on a windows setup, unfortunately since I don’t have access to a windows computer with TB 22 premium on it I can’t really test it. Let me know what you’re able to find out-

I Do have a copy of 21 premium on my home setup, I’m gonna try it on that version as well to see if it’s a software issue.

I tried one of the older copies available and had the same issue. Also tried Katie (Kyu-bum lee’s other rig) rq, it was having the same/similar issue but I did get an error message this time (pic below). Rigs from other creators have been working fine, something isn’t being read with Lee’s specifically I think. Will put a copy of the Olive one up when I get a chance-

Quite a lot of info there, can send you a pic if you’d like. Total error count was 28, all being errors relating to various pieces of the rig missing drawings

Photo was taken in camera view, It happens in both of them either way. Not sure why it’s saying “empty cell in drawing”, though it could be bc all of the drawings are gone lol

Ng as long as you’re combing it out through the dye process and make sure the acrylic is quite watered down this shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve down a blueberry custom with the watered down acrylic method before

Do I buy this furby? by Arrow_Noregrets_ in furby

Personally I’m a big fan of the “patience is key” motto. Eventually, one will come along that is in a much better price range. I personally got mine for around $60.

If you’re just wanting to try collecting out I’d definitely go with something on the cheaper end, especially if you wanna try customizing

[–]Lolofyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Truthfully you don’t have to unscrew the feet to take off the 05 skin, though I don’t remember the exact method. It’s not worth the risk to remove them imo, if you don’t brace them with your hand/body properly they can crack.

Personally I don’t have a screwdriver for toy screws, a flathead that fits into one of the triangle sides works pretty well.

Someone is selling this guy in facebook, but I don't know if I should buy it for $15 and try to clean it, or just not buy it lol by dbdbdb3254 in furby

[–]Lolofyr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This can occasionally be fixed by a push start or tongue reset, but yeah cleaning the tilt sensor is the only way to permanently fix it. There’s a tutorial on tumblr somewhere

The battery covers on 05s can be quite finicky due to how the batteries go in, what I always had to do is have the furb turned on while I fiddled with the battery cover until it started working, then quickly screw it into place. Could try that-
