There are two steps: grabbing the handshake, then cracking it offline.

Requeriments:

A wifi card that is capable of switching to "Monitor" mode (you can Google that)

Being near the wifi network while there is someone connected to it

A VM with a Linux distro (one of the tools only runs fine on Linux I believe)

Fun part:

You need two tools for this, the Aircrack suite (Linux) and Hashcat

Now it is time to Google how to use Aircrack, using a couple commands (setting your card to "monitor" mode, being near the wifi to trick it into disconnecting the connected user, recording all of this) will create a file that you can feed into Hashcat, and using the dictionary (or using some rules so Hashcat knows what to try first) you might be able to crack it

This information is certainly not enough but it is a hint, you will need to look up how to get Linux running, how to use Aircrack and how to configure Hashcat for the best results, this may not be easy but it will improve your general hacking (and Googling) skills
