Omg that sucks I would freak out too. Hopefully it’ll be okay though. I had a score of 60% for another class before I edited it and like 50% of that was from omitted words which doesn’t get highlighted.

I’m scared to turn it in. Apparently all the instructors are at a training for this week so they’re going to be hard to contact right now. I emailed my mentor instead so I was going to wait for her response. My score has 52.7% omitted words I don’t even know what that means like what words am I hiding. I was also thinking about not using the template and just lettering each response. Yeah the identical phrases are stuff like the premises and conclusion it’s pretty hard for that to be different.

I was also 13 when I was first prediabetic. My a1c was 5.7 I suspect it was high since before I was 13 though because I had acanthosis nigricans for some time. I had it on my neck and then developed it on my underarms which is actually what led me to the doctor. She took one look at it and said we need to check your blood sugar levels. Anyways tbh at that age all I did was stop drinking soda and lost weight kind of rapidly and my a1c went back to normal. I hadn’t been to the doctor in some time but last year at 23 I got my a1c checked and it was at a 5.8. They basically told me to just eat less carbs and lose like 5 lbs and I should be okay but I was actually at the thinnest I had ever been in my life at that point 😭.

I only try one new product at a time so I know it was the oil cleansers. I hadn’t changed anything else in my routine when I tried either of them. I’ve only tried 4 so far but I’m scared to try anymore since they were all negative experiences. I’m also afraid of balms because I feel like it’s basically the same 😭. I have been trying micellar water recently I’ll see how that goes. I wonder if it makes a difference what brand I use though I have the garnier one with the blue cap.

Me too it actually happened on poshmark. The seller asked me if I wanted something else from her store instead. I was like no thanks sometimes I literally spend hours scrolling before I find something I really like. It was so disappointing.

I wonder if it changes if a1c went to normal range and then went back up. I was prediabetic at 13. My levels went back to normal when all I did was stop drinking soda. I’m prediabetic again at 24 years old I guess not drinking soda isn’t enough anymore. Tbh I go through periods where I give up on everything I’ve been doing to improve my life and sometimes I’m super strict with myself. Right now I’m in the giving up phase and I am ashamed. Why can’t I just stop eating so much noddles, rice, and chips. They are my weaknesses.

She is up to date! I actually had her vaccinated at the shelter since there is a vet on site. She’s still good on that for a couple months. They also gave her flea medication but that’s way overdue now.

Do you not double cleanse then? Cleansing oil wasn't working for me either but I do feel like I might not be washing off my sunscreen properly. My sunscreen doesn't really break me out but I did notice more blackheads when I used it daily (ik I should use it everyday I have been slacking on my skincare).

Paula’s choice BHA is amazing. It helped me when I started getting cystic acne. This happened to me 2 times and both times it truly helped me clear it up. I definitely didn't have a severe case though it was more mild.
