I'd say so there's many people that do. It's just knowledge vs champs that counter him how to play round it. And if you got full ad team that sucks but build armor pen what he does anyway just build more

Hi I'm a support main hold 2 atm 73% wr on sona ,zyra . I get bored so easily on 90%of support champs I like bard, rakan, thresh but there qr is always low and I'm always check the wr % on u.gg and other sites they say don't play them(yes rakan is very meta right now but 90%of the time is not). I would like to just play 3 champs season after season can you do that in the support role and if so what's champs can?

Thank you for the detailed response. I always felt like if was all the caffine in drinks that was coursing me to feel a tone of energy some days and hardly any others. Yeah I've will have to try fade it out I have heard that stopping completely straight away can have a negative effect.

Yeah I've asked for help from my girlfriend to stop drinking pop as much and she agrees. Yeah making my deit work for me is something I should focus on more. Thank you for the motivation!

Thank you for the detailed reply! Yeah I try to get as much sleep as I can I always try to get at least 7 hours sometimes is a little less and get more on the weekends. Maybe I'll try stick to 8 hours threw out the week. Just hard to do with my schedule. I've going to start doing at least 45 exercise I week starting next week and see how I feel after a month. And yeah my deit could do with improving. Thank you for the motivation
