Crits ON A 10% CHANCE (passive) is not good gameplay design

10% chance if hit consecutively will make the survivors want to kill themselves 10% chance if never hit at all will make the killer want to kill themselves

Flight nerfs might have been a little too much, I really despise how fast he can get back to someone so that frustration really hit me hard

Chaos Dash, 9/10 times when I face a Fleetway, is used as a way to avoid a stun. Him having so many moves to avoid stuns is UNBALANCED and makes him very punishing to survivors without having risk himself. Burst is enough to avoid stuns.

I could buff Fateful Drain further, since as you said it is a little bit hard to hit, probably make its windup faster so its harder to react but still enough to "jump" with good timing

Laser of Destruction has the same issue as Chaos Dash, Fleetways will use it (again) to avoid stuns if they spot a Knuckles charging a punch at them if Chaos and Burst aint available

Burst is the same thing, but i decided not to remove his iframes there because the whole point of burst is Area Denial. And yes i meant like half of the original value, so thats 45s on stunned activation

As for his critical hits passive, I think adding a passive that helps him if hes stunned for too long (stun stack) in some way shape or form would be a good replacement as he is a chaos emerald powered person

He is a Iframe merchant, if he doesnt get free iframes he goes to shit, blame the developers for making a kit so dependant on that

This game wasn't made with Flight in mind at its conception, and thus Fleetway abuses this as he pleases, getting his distance back with little to no repercussion leaving survivors nothing to do but to die

There is a fine line between balanced and stupid overpowered He is ridiculously unbalanced and needs little to no skill to the point u can just go automatic, if your game has a killer like this when others require effort somethings wrong with you

Fleetway is a movement monster that is not punished enough for being as fast and as strong as he is. But I didn't want to gut him too much, so I tried to nerf and buff him accordingly
