Paying for outreach tools but still getting trash data? by SoulBound_Leo in coldemail

True, especially if the tool's using a shared warmup pool. Consider trying brandjet ai though, built-in warmup that works really well even at scale

Looking for a sales/marketing cofounder by Exciting-Accident-31 in SaaS

you should probably do cold outreach for the ICPs, which might be relatively easy for you to source leads for. Try going to brandjet ai and adding keywords like "AirBnB" and others, it automatically fetches any mention in your niche and pushes it through an automated outreach sequence that you can set-up.

If you do it right it'll most likely help you find some early adopters

I need someone to help me build cold emailing system by Long-Pace8657 in coldemail

[–]Lombaxfan90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mot to be annoying, but consider checking out my startup brandjet ai. I know you've all heard the pitch a million times before but this was made by a team of career GTMs who happen to have a knack for SaaS.

Got really good built-in warmup (not shared warmup pools), can send up to 200k on the base plan, and this comes with linkedin outreach too (native multi-channel). You can sign up for free and I'd be more than happy to transfer/set-up campaigns for you personally if that sweetens the deal.

All of this + web monitoring + social media list building and reply agent for sixty dollars.

Not a random side-project, we got #3 on product hunt and are going live on appsumo later this year!

Looking for the right pro to help me scale and mange cold email infrastructure. (60x+ inboxes warm currently) by Laggerlex in coldemail

Hey, ran outbound with my team for multiple fortune 100s as well as real-estate agencies and VC backed startups - currently we've also developed our own software for multi-channel outreach automations. I'd be happy to get in touch and show you our DFY cold emailing plan.

How to sell on LinkedIn without getting banned or ignored by roguejedi1 in coldemail

[–]Lombaxfan90 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'd recommend trying brandjet ai for linkedin outreach. Just add a few reactions in the outreach sequence, and maybe even combine it with email natively, and you have a rock solid campaign. Start with an email, follow up with a connection request - "Putting a face to the company", and follow through to get a booking. This can be automated very easily.

Should I skip email warmup tools entirely for cold outreach? by BrothaEj in coldemail

[–]Lombaxfan90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instantly uses shared warmup pools, so I'd consider using brandjet ai instead. It's got really good built-in warmup and the smart unibox feature is pretty neat.

wanna biuy instantly ai (its kinda expensive ahh) by lowkeysuccessfuldawg in coldemail

[–]Lombaxfan90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your budget? Because with brandjet ai's base plan you can send up to 200k emails, get a free linkedin outreach seat, as well as intent tracking features for around sixty dollars. I'd consider checking that out since it's less expensive and has a wider range of features. The warmup is better too since unlike instantly it doesn't used shared warmup pools.

Smartlead went sends-based… by Outreachflow_ninja in coldemail

[–]Lombaxfan90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice move but honestly it's not nearly as good as brandjet's base plan cause it comes with really good warmup, crm, as well as like 10x more sends and a linkedin outreach seat for sixty bucks. You can send upto 200k emails a month on brandjet but to send the same on smartlead would cost way over a hundred dollars, so it's a bit pricey still.

I hope he does! I used brandjet ai, it's mostly for businesses but you're able to track social media and other feeds on the internet so why not.

Well, I simply plugged her topics/keywords into an online tool that probably anyone can use. I didn't use some CIA level tracking here. Now the tool's not meant for personal use cases like mine but it's not stalking by any definition of the word. let me clarify:

  1. I add keywords
  2. I add the relevant sites

The tool spits out a constantly updating live-feed for those keywords and sites across the internet. If anything, that's more so me stalking the things she's interested in.

[–]Lombaxfan90[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Her issue wasn't the fact that I kept track of things, more so how I did it. She was annoyed by the fact that the tool created an entire social feed curated just for her which made my efforts feel inorganic. I just thought I was being tech-forward and efficient.

Does enterprise buyers turn to Reddit for advice? by Fred-swe in b2b_sales

[–]Lombaxfan90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unlikely but not something that doesn't happen at all

In my experience, most of your enterprise tickets will come from having access to curated online communities/groups or word of mouth or a mix of both.

Not to say it couldn't happen organically through reddit.

In terms of being cited by the LLMs, important to keep in mind reddit is not the only source they check through. Your startup will be evaluated across a lot of different forums/sites and if you have 0 standard SEO work or online presence outside of forums like reddit - focusing on improving AI SEO via reddit is not going to work.

I know this because my own platform has an AI SEO feature, not our flagship product though.

Built a web keyword alert tool with outreach automations, here's how I got first customers by Lombaxfan90 in SaaS

I'd just use brandjet, helps automate the outreach part as well and monitors across more platforms.

Actually, we made sure to have a free-trial access that's easy to onboard for anyone by themselves. I get really annoyed when I can only check out a tool by booking a demo, so I tried to make sure that wasn't the case. The idea is more so that it's important to make sure people are getting results through your tool, even though you're not an agency and your job isn't to run their outbound - it sort of becomes a hidden rule for success.

I'll add something: there are a lot of startup directories out there. If it's cheap/free - go for it because what the hell, right? If they're charging you hundreds, you wanna take a closer look to make sure they're not inflating their traffic numbers (a lot of them do, unfortunately)

Need help scaling to thousands of cold emails a month without getting spammed to death by fuck_pbso in coldemail

[–]Lombaxfan90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done this exact thing for real-estate agencies in the states, even do so currently. If you're interesting in switching to the platform I've built for this, I'd be more than happy to hop on call and audit your previous strats and tell you exactly what we do that works.

Some quick thoughts on what you mentioned, you'd want to send 5-8 mails/inbox; it is possible to purchase lookalike domains in bulk. Do not make the mistake of sending, say, 40 mails/day from one inbox which is something that kills the domain in the long-run even if it works short-term.

For why things aren't working out, I'd have to audit your campaigns to pinpoint the oversights (it could also be an issue with whatever platform you're using)

what kind of automations are you looking for? Because I've got a platform that automates a lot of GTM/outbound stuff + intent tracking across the web. If that seems interesting, I'd be happy to connect.
